Concept stair model

The spiral stair design is inspired by the word ‘gemstone’. Each tread is evenly attached to a thick central beam which takes the user from the lower workspace to the showroom. From the staircase, the user can enjoy the surrounding views through glass panels on both adjacent walls. This glass is tinted, possessing an exterior mirror surface, to reflect the shiny attribute of gemstones.

RE: Before The First Class

This is a still from a movie trailer I shot with my friends a few years ago on a budget of $0. I played a psychiatric ward inmate, and everyone worked together to write, direct and edit the clip. Although it was mostly made for fun, the whole experience sparked my interest in the processes behind filmmaking which allowed me to appreciate films more. :)

This is a photograph of the Louvre in Paris, France. This piece of architecture stands out to me due to its juxtaposition between the two styles of architecture. I admire how the design incorporates both old and new traditions in a beautiful way.

This is a photograph I took in collaboration with three other people for an astronomy project. It was taken on a Meade LX200 telescope/ST9XE CCD camera. Although this is just a small section of the sky, there are thousands of stars present! Unique from all the rest, six of those stars are Cepheid variables. The data from these Cepheids allowed me to calculate the actual distance to this photo, which was 220,000 light years. I’m a big fan of all things space-related so this is the one of the most beautiful things to me (closely followed by ocean sunset photos).
